The Interreligious Council of San Diego, also known as the IRC, was established in 1991 to promote mutual understanding, respect, and solidarity amongst different faiths in San Diego.
Represented on the Council are The Bahá'í Faith, Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Sikhism, and Hinduism's Vedanta Society.
The IRC member faiths acknowledge the differences among their respective faiths but celebrate their many shared interests and values.
